The Iowa Crush Women's proffesional tackle football team will have it's season finale on the 7th of June and have honered us by asking us to be a part of it. I am sure they will have a great season and we are thrilled to be allowed to help celebrate the close of the regular season.

Rowley Masonic Home Wild West Show
JoustEvolution will perform its Wild west show for the residents of Rowley on the 18th of June. We hope to give them a night to remember with gunslinging, juggling and silliness.

JoustEvolution has been asked to perform for the Heart Connection Camp this June and August. We are thrilled to be able to entertain these children who have shown so much bravery and strength.
We are planning several bonus acts including the fabulous Kids With Fire.

The Midwest Renaissance Festival
The Midwest Renaissance Festival, formerly knowns as the Renaissance Faire of the Midlands, is located at Scary Acres Haunted Attraction in Omaha Nebraska. This years event will take place May 17-18 and May 24-26 9memorial day weekend). The festival brings in performers and vendors from all over the country to fill the realm of Giles Castles. There are 5 stages and a permenate site 3 story castle. Come join us for the fun and see our website at www.midwestrenfest.com.
Four Kingdoms Added to the schedule
The Four Kingdoms Renaissance Festival have chosen JoustEvolution to perform thier joust at the 2008 event. I would like to invite everyone to attend and enjoy this festival with us this year.
I personally have performed at this event for the first several years after it began while a member of the New Riders and believe it will be tons of fun this year. We are honered they chose us and plan to make them proud.

Timber Creek Theraputic Riding Benefit
JoustEvolution and Timber Creek Theraputic Riding Center are planning a benefit for April of 2008. JoustEvolution will perform an extended joust show to wow the crowd and will also present the amazing Tina Bates doing her death defying trick riding show. Other performers may be appearing, TBA.
Proceeds will go to the riding center to help provide care to the many across the state who cannot afford this incredible treatment. Timber Creek Charities is a non-profit group, and anyone wanting to donate torward this event will get it as tax deductable.
Also anyone who wishes to volunteer to help, please contact JoustEvolution or Timber Creek.

Clive Library "Meet a Knight" Day
Boys and girls from Clive came out to meet members of the JoustEvolution team. Having the chance to meet a Knight and see and touch armor and weapons that are used on the joust field was a great treat for parents and children alike.
I'm not sure who had the most fun the parents, the kids or us.
School Theatre Program Approved
The Theatre program offered by Joustevolution to ADM students has been approved. This summer students from three schools will be involved in a program designed to teach acting, scenery design and construction and even stuntwork. The program will continue for six weeks starting in July and lasting until mid August. As a close to summer, the students will perform for local towns.
JoustEvolution takes a dip in sub-zero water for the food drive!
At Sleepy Hollow Sports Park, the brave members of the team jumped in frigid water and managed to come back out again, later to be interviewed by KCCI TV.
